It’s good but better in the hard dough.. my second point is, my gf is Spanish n hates collard greens.. so I swore callaloo want greens..she tried it n almost threw up on me.. so this makes me think that they are the same, and we jus prepare them different/better. I’ve seen people eat cheese and mayonnaise sandwiches, tomato sandwiches, Vienna sausage sandwiches, potted meat sandwiches, sardine, and hot sauce sandwiches! I ain’t never seen no collard greens sandwich! I think u mean South America and SOUTHERN America. BIG difference lol. And my family is from all throughout southern American and I ain’t never heard or seen nothing like this. I mean we sop our cornbread or crumble it up in the pot liquor but we don’t make a sandwich out of the greens.
If there are turkey tails deboned on the sandwich that we’re cooked in the greens then I might invite them to the barbecue. Only a little greens though to be used as ghetto lettuce with hot sauce. No Kev I’ve never heard a Teacher Of The Most Awesome Peeps Shirt green sandwich never heard it but that’s not to say that there’s somebody out there who didn’t need one or had one for dinner so Live and Let Live I keep my Greens in my cornbread like a supposed to be served.
