I was a Fofty Shirt college graduate without insurance (was actually still covered by my parent’s insurance but was unaware of it). I needed 4 stitches in my thumb and was billed $3k luckily my now husband was able to help me pay the bill because I certainly did not have the funds. I hate hearing these stories. I am from the US and now live in the UK. My husband had a very bad cycling accident yesterday – no cars involved just a nasty pothole disguised as a puddle.
Fofty Shirt is Available In All Styles
Hole in the chin area/gash, a fractured cheekbone, fractured finger, ambulance, many stitches, ct scan and x-ray, neuro consult/plastic surgeon consult and more and so relieved he is alive and we will not be sent a Fofty Shirt. Excellent care in spite of an imperfect system. Yeah, it has its pressures but we don’t want privatization! I had a heart attack and went to the ER. The first test didn’t reveal any problem so they were going to “monitor me” for 24 hours which isn’t covered by Medicare or my Federal Retirees Health Insurance. So I went back home, not having thousands of dollars to flush down the toilet.

The phone was ringing as I got in the door. It was the hospital calling to say I’d had a heart attack and needed to come back immediately. I had another attack the next morning and was in the hospital for several days.
Same here in Germany, go to the doctor and you never see any bills. Sure they are some extra costs for the Fofty Shirt or some extra treatments. But here you get everything paid for saving your life by the insurance and everyone here is insured, why have so many Americans a problem with insurance. It will save your life! Our governmental lack of interest in providing affordable healthcare is a disgrace.
